Updated Standard Reports

Class Reports\Class Attendance Cross-Tab Report

  1. Formatting Changes. Increased the height of the staff member signature row in the table when the 'Show Staff Signature Row for table' option is chosen for the print friendly side of the report. Also increased the width of the legend cells to allow more room for attendance names when the 'Show Attendance Codes and Legend' option is chosen for the print friendly side of the report.
  2. Staff Member Signature Display Option Update. A new option has been added to show or hide the staff member signature and date text that displays in the page footer. This means that the user can now choose to show a signature spot in the table for each class day or just once for each page in the footer.

Export Reports\Employer Information Export Report

  1. New Columns. New columns have been added for 'Referral Source' and 'Credit Terms'.
  2. Exclude Archived/Inactive Filters. Added check boxes above the filter options that can have archived/inactive records to exclude these from the selections. These will be checked by default.

Invoice Reports\Invoice Item Export Report

  1. Last Payment Date Column. A column has been added to display the last date a payment was made against the invoice item.

Invoice Reports\Invoice Schedule Report

  1. New Columns. Three new columns have been added to the excel export friendly side of the report to display the 'Amount Adjusted', 'Amount Paid' and 'Last Payment Date' against the scheduled item.
  2. Organisation Filter. A filter has been added for the Organisation selected in the contract/enrolment wizard.

Updated Right-click Reports

Show Attribute Report

  1. New Columns. Two new columns have been added to display the whether 'Important' flag has been checked and to display the 'Alerts' that have been selected for an attribute.
  2. Formatting Changes. The fonts and margins have been changed to align with the formatting of the standard reports.

Show Unit Report

  1. New Columns. Two new columns have been added to display whether the 'Exists on training.gov.au' box has been checked and to display the 'Accreditation Expiry Date' if this has been entered for the unit.
