The suggested method for obtaining the necessary information for processing is as follows:
- Print the submission details if required, either from the email notification or the Manage Submission Package screen.
- Download the associated attachments for the submission by clicking the filenames
- Verify the submission and attachments meet the processing requirements for your organisation (depending on your organisation’s procedures this may occur during processing):
- If processing cannot be complete due to an issue with the submission, query the submission by clicking the 'Add Query' link.
- If a training consultant has addressed a previous query, attempt to resolve the query.
- Upon successful completion of processing:
- Mark each attachment as processed, as occurs, by clicking the associated 'Mark as processed' button.
- Click the 'Close Submission' button.
