Access to your profile information is provided through the menu:
- Highlight the 'Welcome' menu item
- Choose the 'Your Profile' link
The information contained in your profile will be displayed on screen:
The Basic Settings and hidden information, such as password, can be modified. To do so:
- Click the 'Edit Profile' link at the bottom of the page
Profile information will now be displayed as a form for update:
Changing your password
Passwords should be changed in accordance with the relevant policy for your organisation.
- Enter a new password in the 'Password' field.
- Re-enter the new password in the 'Confirm Password' field.
- Click the 'Submit' button.
Updating your email address
It is important to keep your email address up-to-date to receive notifications relevant to your role.
- Enter your new email in the 'Email Address' field.
- Re-enter the email in the 'Confirm email Address' field.
- Click the 'Submit' button.
Adjusting Basic Settings
All of the Basic Settings have an associated drop-down menu providing choices for them.
- Click the down arrow on the relevant drop-down menu to see the options.
- Select the desired option by left clicking on it.
- Click the 'Submit' button to save the changes and return to viewing your profile.
NOTE: It is possible to make multiple changes, simply wait to click the 'Submit' button until all the required changes have been made.
