Changing your password for VETenrol Client Administration

Admin users (Version 21.2+) can change their password from the Account page.
The new password will need to be used when logging into VETtrak with their credentials.


The password to access VETenrol Client Administration should be changed regularly. To do this:

  1. Highlight 'Settings' on the Navigation menu to display the sub-menu.
  2. Click the 'Change Password' menu item.

The Change Password screen will be displayed:

  1. Enter your current password in the Old Password field.
  2. Type a New Password.
  3. Re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password field.
  4. Click the 'Save' button.

Your password has been changed and should now be used for future logons.
