DebitSuccess Client DDR Form

A Client receiving a DebitSuccess email will be lead to a page appearing like the following to set up their eDDR: 

Advise your client to fill out the details as best suits them to complete the eDDR form. If any Customer Details appear incorrect, they can notify the RTO directly to have their information updated within VETtrak to reflect correct information in both systems.
