Once you have processed eDDR request emails to your clients, you can work to Confirm payment plan accounts to retrieve whether or not the forms have been successfully completed.
To do this, navigate to the Utility menu, expand Payment Plans and select Confirm Payment Plan Accounts:
Within here, you can view a list of client with pending eDDR requests:
Press the Confirm payment plan accounts to retrieve the outcome of these items. The Status column will display any errors that may require attention prior to committing the data.
