General Preferences - Dates

The Dates tab of General preferences has settings that relate to default date options for enrolments/occurrences/contracts.

Choose File > Global Preferences.

General preferences are displayed when Global preferences opens. Then choose the Dates tab:

The Date preferences are:

 

Default dates for new enrolments

This setting determines the default dates of the Create enrolment wizard in VETtrak, to streamline data entry with specific default dates, configured to be generated using the options provided.

The Start date option will configure when the period should begin:

Duration will work to calculate the end date, with the final selector determining whether the period is measured in Days/Weeks/Months:

This will then affect the following Date fields when creating an enrolment:

This setting determines the default dates of the Create occurrence/booking wizard in VETtrak, to streamline data entry with specific default dates, configured to be generated using the options provided.

The Start date option will configure when the period should begin:

Duration will work to calculate the end date, with the final selector determining whether the period is measured in Days/Weeks/Months:

This will then affect the following Date fields when creating an occurrence:

 

Default dates for new contracts

This setting determines the default dates of the Create contract wizard in VETtrak, to streamline data entry with specific default dates, configured to be generated using the options provided.

The Start date option will configure when the period should begin:
