When working with the work items you will work from the Work Items lists provided. There are three tabs showing lists of work items.
Common to each list type is the ability to further filter the list using the left hand filter menu. You will also be able to select a group of work items and apply bulk actions to them.
Assigned to me
List of work items that are specifically assigned to the logged in user account.
Displays all work items in the system that are not closed. If you wish to access closed items choose the checkbox from the filters tab.
Work items that have no assignment to a VETembark user account.
To apply bulk actions to a set of work items use the "Select" checkbox at the beginning of the work item row. Selecting the check box on the header will check or uncheck all the rows shown on the page. Note: that bulk actions will only apply to those checked and visible on the page. If you need to expand the list to apply bulk action to more rows alter the page size on the filter menu.
To perform a bulk action - choose the "Bulk actions" tab on the filter menu
Add a note (sending an email to contacts) or slide the switch to Internal note to add an internal note to the work items. Select the Send bulk note button to action the bulk update. Note: button will only be available when one or more checkboxes against the work item are checked.
Confirm the action you about to take. You will see how many records will be affected by this bulk action.
